Fernblock has both antioxidant and photoprotective properties making it ideal for both Oral and Topical photo immunoprotection

The active ingredient in Fernblock comes from the fern Polypodium Leucotomos and has been shown to increase the skin's resistance to sun damage and when combined with Green Tea and Beta Carotene, as in the Oral form of Heliocare it also has very strong anti oxidant properties

The creams, lotions and gels in the Heliocare range combine the active ingredient Fernblock with physical and chemical filters, such as Zinc Oxide, to give a level of SPF protection  that you cannot find in other topical Sun screens
